[暖陽]_美麗佳園貓宅

在這個案場中，家庭成員包括一對年輕夫妻、一位新生兒及一隻可愛的小貓。
該項目面臨兩個重要議題：
首先，現今的毛孩在我們的生活中扮演著如同家庭成員的角色，但其生活需求與模式卻截然不同。
其次，原有的書房由於實牆的隔斷，阻礙了台南的美好陽光及空間的延續性。

針對第一個議題，我們選擇利用開放的層架設計，搭配“懸浮”及“孔洞”的手法，為貓咪創造了一個充滿探索趣味的空間。這樣的設計不僅保留了高度的靈活性，還不會限制空間的使用方式。同時，這些層架的造型也為人類住戶增添了視覺趣味，形成了一個兼顧功能與美感的設計。

關於第二個議題，我們以半牆替代了既有的實牆，以引入陽光和加強客廳與書房之間的連結。這一改變不僅提升了空間的通透性，還使得書房成為這個家的“核心”。在當今的工作模式下，家庭成員在書房的時間往往比臥室或客廳更長。因此，設計讓書房能夠同時滿足工作與家庭活動的需求，當新生兒或寵物在客廳玩耍時，父母仍能在書房專心工作，形成生活的無縫連結。

總的來說，這個設計不僅重塑了空間的使用邏輯，也為家庭成員之間的互動創造了更多的可能性。
我們希望將每一個生活空間的功能最大化，使其更具彈性與舒適感，讓家庭在忙碌的生活中依然能夠享受到和諧與溫馨的氛圍。

In this project, the family consists of a young couple, a newborn, and a cute little cat. The project faces two significant issues:

First, modern pets play a role in our lives akin to that of family members, but their living needs and patterns are distinctly different. Second, the original study was obstructed by solid walls, which blocked the beautiful sunlight of Tainan and disrupted the continuity of the space.

To address the first issue, we opted for an open shelving design, incorporating techniques like “floating" and “holes" to create an engaging exploration space for the cat. This design not only preserves a high degree of flexibility but also does not restrict the use of the space. Additionally, the shapes of these shelves add visual interest for the human inhabitants, resulting in a design that balances functionality and aesthetics.

Regarding the second issue, we replaced the existing solid wall with a half wall to bring in sunlight and enhance the connection between the living room and the study. This change not only improves the transparency of the space but also establishes the study as the “core" of the home. In today’s working environment, family members often spend more time in the study than in the bedroom or living room. Therefore, the design enables the study to meet both work and family activity needs, allowing parents to focus on their work while the newborn or pet plays in the living room, creating a seamless connection in daily life.

Overall, this design not only redefines the logic of space utilization but also creates more possibilities for interaction among family members. We aim to maximize the functionality of each living space, making it more flexible and comfortable, so that the family can still enjoy a harmonious and warm atmosphere amidst their busy lives.
